Lenders and product range
We may have access to a panel of lenders (which can include banks, non-bank lenders, and specialist lenders).
If requested, we can tell you which lenders we have considered for you and the reason a particular product is recommended.
Fees you may pay
In many cases, Beewize Pty Ltd does not charge the consumer a direct fee for standard mortgage broking services.
If a fee is payable by you, we will disclose it to you before it becomes payable, and where required we will provide a written quote that states the services and the maximum amount to be charged.
Current booking policy: We do not charge appointment cancellation fees or no-show fees.
Commissions and other benefits
We may receive commissions from a lender if your loan settles (such as an upfront commission and/or a trail commission).
The exact commission amounts vary by lender and product and will be disclosed to you before you proceed (for example, in the lender documentation and/or our credit proposal disclosure).
We may also receive non-monetary benefits (for example, training, professional development, or sponsored events) from time to time; where required, relevant benefits will be disclosed.
