These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of www.beewize.com.au (Site), including online bookings, document upload features, and any client portal or login areas we make available.[1]
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

General information only

The Site provides general information about our mortgage and finance services and may include calculators, guides, or other tools.
Information on the Site is general in nature and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.

Appointments and bookings

When you book an appointment through the Site, you agree to provide accurate contact details and booking information.
We may contact you to confirm, reschedule, or cancel an appointment where reasonably necessary (for example, due to availability changes).

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible using the booking confirmation details or by contacting us directly.
If we introduce cancellation or no‑show fees in the future, we will disclose those terms to you at the time of booking (or before any fee applies).

Document uploads

If the Site allows you to upload documents (for example, identification, payslips, bank statements, or other supporting information), you confirm you are authorised to provide those documents and that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia that apply there.
You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Australian Capital Territory.
